SwissMiss is an American brand name for cocoa powder and pudding products created by Charles Sanna and sold by American food company Conagra Brands.
Comma acted as a marketing agency for the overseas brand SwissMiss to enter Korea. Among multiple campaigns, we will introduce an example of influencer marketing here.
SwissMiss wanted to expose their contents on all of the social media platforms that are widely used in Korea. In Korea, Naver Blog, Instagram, and YouTube are widely used. Therefore, Comma recruited influencers for marketing on all of these platforms.
In addition, SwissMiss is a premium hot chocolate brand, which is sold at a rather high price compared to local brands. Therefore, in conducting marketing, we only recruited influencers who could create high-quality contents to maintain the image of the premium brand.
Naver Blog
Naver is the Korean version of Google. As Naver monopolizes the Korean search market, blog posts are also exposed as search results, so Naver blog marketing is a widely used advertising method. Among the numerous Naver bloggers, we selected only influencers who could satisfy both the exposure KPI and the quality of the contents.
As you can see in the screenshot below, really high-quality posts were created, from product directing shots to post composition. In addition, we also used an SEO strategy to ensure that the blog post would be exposed in the search for "SwissMiss" and "hot chocolate".

Instagram Short Videos
Video content is a field where the quality varies greatly. Therefore, we recruited influencers who can produce high-quality videos that can maintain the image of a premium brand. Footage from homes, bedrooms, ski resorts, and other places illustrates the most delicious situations in which hot chocolate can be consumed.
