2020 Exhibition Tour

of Female Independence Activists in  USA

NATION       USA

SERVICE      BTL

Hosted by the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs and supported by The Women’s Economic Daily, this exhibition introduced the lives and achievements of female independence activists, a group often overlooked compared to their male counterparts.

The exhibition followed the legacy of Dr. Seo Jae-pil, founder of The Independent Newspaper and supporter of Korean independence in the U.S., and was held across New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. COMMA handled the full scope of production including exhibition curation, brochures, invitations, venue design, merchandise, and post-event catalog publication.
Despite the early COVID-19 restrictions, the event concluded successfully with strong support from local Korean communities and U.S. congressional members.
